Case Law Analytics is a quantitative research based on the analysis of case law databases. This also involves various artificial intelligence and machine language methods in order to exhibit a decision representative of the decisions rendered by the jurisdictions. The case law analytics also has an graphical representation of the data for better understanding with data visualisation.
The quantitative research in case law analytics is a systematic investigation of quantitative properties, their observable occurrence and relationship. It involves the use of methodological techniques that represent the human experience in numerical categories, sometimes referred to as statistics.

Case Law Analytics provides legal professionals with solutions to quantify risk based on a long collaboration between lawyers,mathematicians and IT professional, after years of research work on case laws. Real decision-making aids that place the legal professional at the centre of legal analysis and strategy, the tools create communication bridges between lawyers and clients, but also between legal and financial departments.

Case law analytics is nothing but a synthesis. The method commonly applied by legal research and law students to analyse the decision made by the court of law. The process of case law analytics involves various comparison of the case outcomes based on the facts of the case.
